Please ensure all products remain in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original APORRO presentation box and include all authentication cards and promotional materials provided.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
